Trauma Soup is a multifaceted venture. Prior to recording or commissioning work from us, you may withdraw your request. Keep in mind things such as the podcast are on a very real time basis and as a result errors may occur, after all we are all human. With commissioned design work, the end client is responsible for proofreading. After final approval, refunds will not be made. By either appearing in the podcast or commissioning design work, you agree that Trauma Soup may design merchandise based on or further utilize commissioned pieces for merchandise and/or advertising/marketing purposes.  No gatekeeping the fun!

Any products designed by Trauma Soup directly or contracted by Trauma Soup become the property of Trauma Soup for the purposes of brand recognition, sales, etc. Any contracted artist work will receive the proper credit for their work.

While we fully intend to have tons of fun in this process, there are obvious limits, lines in the sand etc. On our social media accounts we will not allow homophobia, xenophobia, racist attacks, etc. even though some show topics could talk and/or joke about it.  Understand that there is an absolute difference. Trauma Soup owner(s), administrators, moderators on social media platforms, reserve the right to delete comments, report and block members and if need be warn other followers, subscribers about abusive accounts. Spam will not be tolerated on our accounts. If you are interested in advertising your products and services, that can be arranged though we reserve the right to deny the advertising of your product or service at our discretion if it does not align with our values.
